EXERCISE 1

My Reflection :
After learning how to use the basic polygons in the previous lesson, now i get the chance to combine all the basic polygons and make it into an object. As for this lesson, I learned how to make an Axe by combining polygons like 'cylinder', 'sphere', 'cone' and many more. It is tedious but it can be quite fun if I can understand it fast.

  Prisons are meant to be scary, powerful looking places, while Toontown is meant for fun and childlike enjoyment – how is this reflected in the lines and angles of the buildings?

Prisons seem to look more scary and powerful because of the sharp edges and the lines are all straight while Toontown seem fun and childlike enjoyment is because of the curvy lines that make it look less scary and sharp but instead it will be more comfortable and playful.

• How does the sense of scale reflect the different purposes of the prisons and Toontown?

The buildings of the prisons are quite big-looking and big-looking buildings seems more threatening and scary while small and curvy-looking buildings make it look cute, fun, exciting and comfortable.
